When switching from Jekyll to docker?

I am pretty new to the whole docker thing and am currently using jekyll for my static websites. Since i need to scale my jekyll instance (or at least try to), i was thinking about moving away from jekyll to just using docker to host my static websites.
But the question is: what happens if i decide to switch back to jekyll? would i have to make some changes to my site or would i just be able to switch back and forth as long as i kept the same port?
I have my own docker compose that i am running my jekyll instance with.
If someone could explain this for me i would greatly appreciate it.

When I have tried the following regex:

I get all valid dates except days that are preceded by “Saturday” or “Sunday”, which are blacklisted (in a field called Datetime).
I believe the issue is a result of my lack of understanding of preg_match_all.
I then changed it to:

But the result is the same: blacklisted days.
Could someone please explain this?
Thanks in advance
